Seamless onboarding

Importing

The most important part about migrating to a new accounting system is to be able to access past financial data. We help users do this in a couple of steps:

1. Prepare Your Data for migration: Gather financial data from your previous accounting system or spreadsheets, and bank statement records.
2. Format the Data in accordance to Xero’s standards: such as using specific columns, data formats, and naming conventions.
3. Configure integrations with third-party apps:  Bringing in data from apps on Xero App Store.
4. Validate: Make sure that the data reflected on the system are accurate after the import. This includes reconciling your bank accounts to ensure that transactions are accurately recorded and categorised.

Customising

Now that all the data has been imported, we start customising Xero to make the platform useful to the users’ roles. This involves mapping data fields and setting up the Chart of Accounts.
