SCS Goes Digital: New Logo, New Website & New Ecommerce Platform

Here at Singapore Corporate Services (SCS), we’re always looking for ways to make our client’s accounting simple. As a specialist for start-ups and small-medium enterprises (SMEs), it’s important that we streamline our accounting services to help small businesses stay compliant without disrupting their day-to-day operations.

To achieve this, we’ve updated our accounting services over the past few years to meet modern standards. With the adoption of cloud accounting software, we have been able to streamline reporting procedures and generate consistent financial reports for our clients at a competitive cost. But on 13th April 2020, we’re taking it to the next level. With a ground-up revamp of our logo, website and unveiling of our new ecommerce platform.

Now, it’ll be easier than ever for clients to view our accounting services at a glance and choose to engage us.

We’ve updated our logo to better present the collaborative nature of our work and desire to help clients reach their peaks by supporting with our accounting services.

Our new logo forms a triangular “mountain” — signifying the heights we want to achieve with all our clients. To climb a mountain, you also need endurance, grit and the ability to overcome obstacles on the path to success.

Beneath the mountain are pillars of support that represent the resources and services we bring to bear in support of our clients to help them reach their peaks. They are a manifestation of our strong foundations and extensive experience in the industry — as well as our values of integrity, professionalism and client-centric work.

The negative space half-circle under the thick pillar lines is like a rising sun, and represents a new dawn for our company, as well as our state of constant learning and improvement.


Our New Website

We’ve made several improvements to our website for user-friendliness, aesthetics and overall ease of navigation. Particularly on our homepage and services.


On the top, you’ll find links to our social media platforms, email and WhatsApp for easy reference on any page, as well as a convenient search function.







Our homepage now features all the information you need on SCS at a glance — including our philosophy, accreditations, services and customer testimonials. You can get to where you need to go just by scrolling down without having to use the navigation bar. Not forgetting the ever-present email and WhatsApp buttons on the right of your screen for an easy, ever-present way to reach out to us.




The services tab breaks down into sub-categories of our various accounting services so you can jump to their respective individual pages.



Each page also includes a handy summary of what each service entails, as well as our packages and rates.



And if you’re not quite ready to commit to a service package yet, at the bottom of each page is a simple form to book your free 30 min, no-obligation consultation where we answer all your concerns and queries.


Our New Ecommerce Platform

Traditionally, engaging an accounting service has always involved a lot of back-and-forth between clients and accountants. Following a series of quotations, negotiations and sometimes, even hidden costs and fees until an agreement can be reached.



Not anymore. Our new ecommerce platform makes it simple for clients to see our prices and order full XBRL reports. Using an easy-to-use and familiar ecommerce interface, clients can just add the type of financial statements they require and pay for them like they would if they were online shopping.


How We Built Our New Website, And A Tip for Our Fellow SMEs

We’ve built our new website and ecommerce platform with the assistance of Enterprise Singapore and the SMEs Go Digital Programme. Managed by the Infocomm Media Development Authority, the programme helps SMEs to use digital technologies and build stronger digital capabilities to seize growth opportunities in the digital economy. 

Under the programme, we were introduced to our digital partner, FirstCom Solutions who are a pre-approved vendor of the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG). Thanks to the grant, we were able to build a website customised to our needs at a subsidised rate up to 98%. We share this so SME clients who are looking to improve their business and overhaul their online presence can take advantage of subsidised ecommerce development with FirstCom Solution’s PSG package.
