About adm Design & Build
Established in Singapore in 2018, adm Design & Build (Singapore) Pte Ltd provides integrated commercial interior design and construction services, including office fit-outs, renovations, project management, and facility support.
As the business expanded across Hong Kong, Bangkok, and Ho Chi Minh City, adm Design & Build identified Malaysia as its next strategic market to support local project delivery and strengthen its regional presence.
The Challenge
Despite its regional experience, adm Design & Build needed guidance on Malaysia’s incorporation procedures, statutory requirements, and ongoing compliance obligations.
The expansion also involved multiple shareholders and management stakeholders, making it important to establish an appropriate ownership and governance structure for the Malaysian entity. With its management team based in Singapore, adm Design & Build also wanted to complete the expansion efficiently and remotely, without frequent travel to Malaysia.
